New Zealand is currently in a Level 4 National Lock down. At present, we can provide support to our customers via emails and calls. You can still place orders online and over the phone, but please keep in mind that there may be significant delays. We will keep you updated with any changes as soon as we are made aware.

Monthly Loyalty orders
Monthly Loyalty Program orders as well as other orders will be processed with the assumption you would like your order. Shipping will take place when it becomes possible. If you do not want your order, please contact us immediately so we can put your shipment on hold until after the rates and the shipping process return to normal. Please keep in mind all changes will need to be made the business day before your Loyalty Program order is due for processing.

Shipping to Australia
We just received a notice from our freight courier regarding shipments to Australia from New Zealand. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many flights have been suspended, reduced or affected. Because of this, there is a drop in available freight capacity and an increase in surcharges from airlines for parcel shipments. In order to enable the courier to continue to deliver, they need to suspend normal services during the pandemic, and introduce international surcharges in addition to standard rates. Delivery targets will also differ. This will be effective beginning April 1, 2020.

These surcharges will stay in place until airline capacity and supply is back to normal, but in the meantime, they will continue to change” There will be an additional COVID-19 surcharge of 8.00NZD added to all orders shipping to Australia. Additional charges will apply to expedited shipments.

We will ship all orders with the assumption you still want your order and accept the increased shipping. If you do not want your order, please contact us immediately so we can place your shipment on hold until rates return to normal.

Papua New Guinea customers

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak there have been limitations put on our business and the service we provide to PNG. Right now due to border closures, delayed freight times and limited freight capacity we are unable to send any parcels to Papua New Guinea. We have been informed directly by the freight companies of these obstacles but they have also assured us that everyone is working on the situation daily.
